Usually it means that the device has not been properly configured. To do this, you need: to log in as a administrator or user “0” then go to system / recording behaviour in Recording condition add new condition name it Continuous, select all cameras that you need to be continues recording, go to section Recording condition validity period, select from Monday to Sunday, then click add button and select from 1 January till 31 of December,

Go to section How To Record, select time based and in continues select line to be marked on yellow from 00:00 to 24:00.
